I have subscribed to the VIP package monthly, but I’m unable to initiate chat with anyone, I cannot view details of any other profiles except those who initiated a chat with me and matches, which very few and limited and matches are never matching my required at all time. You need to fix package / payment system as something is going wrong.

Be aware that app is containing many scammers who pretend to be someone else with fake profile & location.. ladies don’t trust them especially men location from US.. they will professionally share with you someone else pics and give the intention that they are serious and straightforward.. pls don’t trust them nor share your pics or details.. and if you ask about video call it’s also funny they use AI to show someone else identify 😠 so many ladies can be victims.. Please management team I appreciate your effort but make some strict policy to be sure of real location detection of the member by passport/ ID or anything to make sure we are save from that fake dishonest people May Allah burn them in Jahanam. Ameen🤲🏻 الاداره المحترمه ارجوكم سووا بند او طريقة صارمة لمعرفه جنسية وومكان و معلومات المشتركين خصوصا الرجال.. قسما بالله لو انا وحدة مش واعية و ذكية كان صدقت الشخص لان صوره و تمثيله محترف باستعمال الذكاء الاصطناعي و صور ناس اخرين.. ممكن بنات ناس يتعرضون للابتزاز و للأذى بسبب هذول الذكور.. الدفع بالفلوس مش كافي لازم التأكد من هوية الشخص عن طريق بطاقه الهوية مطابقة للصورة الشخصية او جواز سفر يثبت ان معلوماتهم صحيحة.. انا بصراحه فقدت الثقة حتى لو كان فيه رجال محترمين لكن ضاعت المصداقية من الآب للاسف.. ابغي اعمل ريبورت ع شخص لكن بروفايله مخفي ولا اقدر اصور الشاشه وارسلها لكم.. ع العموم اكيد هالانواع عندهم بدل الحساب ١٠ لذا نتمنى تغيير سياسة الانخراط. لانها الطريقة الوحيده لحماية المشتركين الصادقين..
