Arrival/departure time issue
If you add a ticket to Apple Wallet, it swaps arrival and departure times

Perfect app, easy to use
Very convenient!
It's very easy to find bus root and get a ticket. Great for travelers in Spain
Impide arreglo.
Funciona bastante mal. Sobre todo si compras billete en última hora. Sale error que no puede hacer pago o no te da vuelta. Impide mas trabajo con esta aplicación. iOS 8.1.1 iPhone 5S.
Connection
Terrible app. It never finds the connection or it loads so long, so it would be faster travel with Renfe… I’m on the WiFi in the city center, or using unlimited data. In the app I also cannot add my European ID card, because the app thinks my ID is from Spain. Option for international ID is only on the website, not in the app, so what’s the point of it?!
Cannot finish booking process
Cannot finish booking process because of "invalid information". What is that supposed to mean? Im sorry, this app just vasted my time instead of saving.
Es un robo, una vergüenza
Una autentica vergüenza, no hay manera de recibir ayuda, he comprado un billete con descuento de familia numerosa especial y me salia que costaba seis euros y algo, pero luego a la hora de ver cuanto me han cobrado en la tarjeta me ha salido que el cobro fue de 13€ con algo y sin opción a aceptarlo o no, cobrando directamente, luego no me dejaba anularlo tampoco, he ido a un punto de información y me ha dicho que llame a atención al cliente cuando el bus sale en menos de 20 minutos, en atención al cliente me derivan a otra cosa que para colmo la página web me sale con ERROR 20 y no carga la página, al final para que sirve tener el descuento de familia numerosa especial si no te lo aplica, encima no es la primera vez que lo hace, pero por lo menos me dejaba anularlo. Ahora ni eso, tenía en buen lugar a Alsa pero esto deja mucho que desear a la hora de ayudar al cliente a resolver un problema
