My device keeps cutting off for no reason.

I am still not understanding if it’s free for music

Hmm not good not bad

The smart home devices do not sync properly on Alexa devices. It might appear on Alexa PC, but not the Echo!!!

Slow, keeps crashing

Terrible app. It keeps crashing and is very slow. Just don’t get an echo dot it’s too confusing and annoying to use. When I ask to play a song it doesn’t play the song, just a random playlist.

Good but not great

Alexa could be so much better but I find it’s not as good as it was. I hope they keep working to make it better.

I am very happy with Alexa, she has become my good friend and plays the music l love. Very happy and once l know how to use it more I will be on cloud nine.

I have several echo dot devices and don’t know which is which to set up on a different WiFi. So frustrating.

Helped me so much

I don’t recommend the kids echo dot for any one older then three because you can’t play any other song then the kids radio but the echo pop is amazing
