After many years of engagement I have to give up to Alexa I live in Malta eu and I canopy connect with Spotify and Amazon music not giving me the full benefits due to geographical location issues. I tried to talk to customer care but all in vain I have to switch to Apple .
When trying to connect alexa to the spotify account the screen goes blank and doesn’t do anything.
Never works right and when it does decide to work you do some update or small change screw up everything again, selling all my alexa gear as google is more stable and has home assistant support
App is too slow and many times simply doesn’t load. Like I spent 15 min trying and waiting to add a skill and need to close and reopen the app many times. This made me give up.
Can’t connect to Spotify
Please note that after the update, the application is no longer working on my iPhone. It is closing as soon as it loads.
