Loads of times it tells us to take turns where its not allowed, also U turn wrong sometimes

Amazon flex needs to brick old arrow back the new arrow is too big it occupies all the turns old making lead to from street

App works well, Amazon have been improving this app since day one. Compared to the competitors this app is a strong 9/10. Just a little issue that seems to be often happening shifts disappear to fast like people might be using block grabbers leave no chance for others to get their hours in too. Amazon hasn’t been able to sort this issue yet since I have been with them shifts come up on the notification, open the app and sometimes it’s already open the app and go to accept this shifts and pofff they gone. Hopefully and looking forward for the Amazon to do something about this soon. Thank you for your work!

It's a shame, the work they provide is great and the app as well, but you don't even have enough time to grab a shift as they're already gone in a matter of milliseconds. Wish Amazon would do something about users using bots and shift grabbers, you can barely book any shifts. Until Amazon takes it seriously, it's a 1 Star from me... Horrendous Capchas. Absolutely ridiculous, impossible to solve capcha puzzle, which by the time you finish the blocks are gone as they are not reserved for you until you finish the capcha. Joke of a system, impossible to catch any blocks, just horrible for whoever designed the app and capchas.

First off, it’s got so many glitches it’s almost unusable. Continues to ask for my device number then won’t allow to store number. Simple swipe off the app and reload it works. WHY IS THE ARROW SO BIG ON IOS? it’s useless. It used to be a small arrow on the map but now, the arrow almost covers half the screen. It’s like the big head cheat on goldeneye on the N64, except that was fun. Each update makes the experience worse. Surely a company of the size of Amazon has a team that tests this before throwing it out for public use? The arrow is the most annoying thing on the app. Please fix this and I would give maybe 2 stars. It’s a battery draining app too with far too many screen options for making a simple delivery. And the questions it generates at the end of a route are a joke. How do you think my route was with 175 stops, 245 locations and 310 parcels? It’s a joke is how it was! Please fix the many issues, test them before you put them out and release an app that is fully functional!

I absolutely love the app. I only wish there was more work available for myself personally but I suppose you’ve got to be quick when it comes to excepting blocks. I will continue to use the app daily and fingers crossed I will come to terms when’s best times to get the stations I personally what to pick up for. It’s sometimes like a luckily dip in a sweep and other times there’s just nothing

Used to be a good side hustle. Extra income. Recently cannot get any work through it because I have to pass I’m not a robot quizzes. By the time complete it the offer is gone. Not enough offers sent from Amazon. So it’s likely I’ll stop doing them from now on. App was great till the last update and introduced this.

I try to sign in with my existing amazon account credentials but the app is always unavailable.

After completing new puzzle app will give me an error that makes me unable to book any shifts . I have contacted support and they asked me to do some pictures and send them over to Amazon flex support email address. I also uninstalled and installed several ties and logged in from other device , still not working

Burns your battery like there is no tomorrow. Map guidance is terrible, routing as well. All round poor app for a driver
