Kindle’s main strength is its vast library of prose titles although I have not loved the Kindle app for some time now. I have a slew of unread, unfinished titles. I realized that for me Kindle is functional at best. It’s interface is ugly, cluttered and unorganized. 

Comixology was among the best places to read comics. The merging of Comixology into Kindle was a mess to many of us. Kindle was not optimized to read comics initially and still feels lacking. 

Update: Nov 23, 2023 No one I know wanted a merging of Comixology and Kindle. For many of us the kindle app is not the place we want to read our comics. It is unpleasant, an app that feels aesthetically ugly like the Amazon site itself. I only purchase comics on Comixology/Kindle if I am unable to buy them elsewhere. Please consider what your Comixology customer base wants before making more decisions to make major changes.
