If you’re thinking you can have Amazon Prime with Amazon Music for no additional cost, then do I have some bad news.  It would’ve been convenient if the service was included with Prime but there’s a catch: You have to “upgrade” to get the actual experience.
Stick to Spotify or YouTube music (that’s included with YouTube Premium).

I don’t take the time to write reviews very often so that should say something about how bad this product is.  The application has numerous design and implementation flaws but the latest library changes are a catastrophe. The merging of likes and the library creates duplicates, loses songs and makes others unplayable (in the paid and unpaid version). Lag between user input results in undesired deletions. Essentially an alpha software version pushed as a final release.

To many flaws to even begin to enumerate. Releases obviously untested with about a 20:1 bug:feature ratio. Search feature is archaic when looking for music an often does not match even exact titles at the top of returned results. Library management terrible. Titles in library fade in and out of existence. Could go on forever.

I don’t need to listen to the end credits and ads at the end of a podcast but it’s so annoying you make me click the link for the main podcast feed, wait for that to load, then have to scroll down to find the next episode on the list. I just want to click “Next Episode” from the podcast episode itself, but it doesn’t exist. It angers me every day. 
*Original review: This app is terrible. It crashes constantly. It is not intuitive. Please hire some UX people to fix this app. Why isn’t there a “next episode” button like every other podcast app has? It takes forever to get to the screen I want to get to. If you open any other app that plays music, this app crashes. The car mode is terrible and takes away several features, so I always end up having to exit out of car mode (while driving, so, quite counterintuitive). I just can’t believe Jeff Bezos has more money than God yet refuses to spend any of it on making this app actually good. Because you have the Wondry network, I guess you know people will use it for ad free listening, so, there’s no incentive to actually make it good. It basically feels like a slap in the face “Deal with this terrible app or listen to ads, sucker.” That’s what Amazon tells me every day when I use this app.
