Movie title shows UHD HDR10+ but it plays in HD and with no HDR. iPhone 15+ Hope the next update fixes this issue.

Worst Service. Worst features. Device limit issue.
Hey, what the hell is this new “device limit reached” nonsense? I can’t log in anywhere, can’t watch anything, and your customer care is clueless! I’ve called multiple times, and they can’t fix it. And now I hear you only allow a reset ONCE A MONTH? Are you serious? Who even designed this garbage system? At least parallel streaming limits make sense, but device limits like this? Horrible decision. I can’t even log out of old devices myself! Your content is already limited, and now you make the experience WORSE? If this stays, I see no reason to keep my Prime membership. Not only me multiple customers will go away from you. I see no other Platfrom doing so.

I hate this app as the download thing is completely bs such a time wasting procedure. It downloads till 80% and gets stuck and again re-downloads from starting
