I cannot log in and request code for verification even using my password, so how come do i renew my subscribe. The bad is they didnt notice me how to renew it because of late billing.
Subtitles is inaccurate
Subtitles is slow and inaccurate, fix it!!
Too many Indian movies.
Not worth the sub at all. Lack of variety, they promote too many Indian movies. Not being a R, just not the kind of content I wanted to watch. So Im gonna unsubscribe.

Cannot Login
Why am I unable to log in to my accounts? It keeps displaying an internal error message and a wrong password. However, when I attempt to reset my password, it informs me that there was an issue.
Pop up notifications appear in wrong language
I’ve never had issues with Prime Video till its recent update, now it’s giving notifications in a non-native language even when my phone is by default set to English
Very bad Resolution team
I had to contact their customer service team for more than 5 times and yet my issues are yet to be rectified! They keep saying i have to wait for 24 hours and it has been 7 days! Very bad and poor customer experience for a such big company like amazon!

My account was locked due to unusual activity and I am unable to access my account. What do I do?
