It has zero user friendly functionality. You can’t skip intros or to the next episodes like you can on Netflix so you have to sit through credits before the next episode starts. There’s no “new” section. HATE that the volume is controlled via your phone if casting so you cant scroll & watch or if you did it’s obnoxious. When casting it always drops out so you have to re-cast to. Please take a leaf from Netflix.

Why does Prime Video show abnormal activity detected when creating an account

Tbh I don’t really know why all apps are either taking off the best movies or you have to rent it. I JUST WANT TO WATCH TWILIGHTTT😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

If you have an issue with the app, like not receiving the OTP there’s no way to connect with anyone to provide support. I had to connect with them via X message and they did not help. They asked me to call to an international number, had to call to Japan from NZ twice and since that didn’t work, they stopped replying to my messages. Very frustrating.

I wanted to watch twilight eclipse to no avail. Disappointing.

I really need some help with my account. Literally impossible to chat or talk to a human calling an expensive American number! Very angry actually about to cancel my subscription if I can’t sort this out

They say “Rent or buy new releases” BUT, why is it that all the movies I just watched for free last month on prime are now under Rent or Buy and they came out almost 10 years ago???!!! THIS IS UNFAIR HAVING TO PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION AND HAVING TO PAY EXTRA FOR MOVIES!!!!!!!

I did enjoy the odd show on prime but have recently logged on to see they now want you too rent or buy to watch newer content?! This is madness did they hire someone from a rival streaming service to sabotage on purpose? See you l8r prime undoubtly will lose allot of subs for this
