You keep showing me movie suggestions that are unavailable to play in my country. Now you are going further by spoiling the already poor feed with additional advertisements for other subscription services.

Why does your app keep showing me movies that are unavailable?? I have imdb to show me movies. In Amazon prime video i want to see movies I CAN ACTUALLY WATCH!!!

Cant login, cant reset password support is awful and the only way to get support is by logging in which i cant and useless with email replies.. Yet will take my money. Be better!! Be customer orientated

0.0 bytes and it does not download on any iOS device but you have soooo many troubleshooting forums for it??? Just fix it.

If you sign up for the free trial they don’t make it easy to unsubscribe. I’ve found it near impossible

Every time I blink and the language is set to “default”. I keep googling it and all it says is to change the language, when I’m not a monkey, I know that much. It doesn’t work. It makes it this horrible English dubbing while I try to watch a show in a different language. It won’t let me change it. And don’t even wait for me to talk about the subscription stuff and how horrible their customer support is! So, so so many problems and more problems are waiting for you after the problems. It’s like a six year old made this app. Either that or the app just hates me. That’s what it constantly feels like. Like they’re purposefully torturing me because that’s the only way it could be this messy. I just want to watch “Marry My Husband”. Is that much to ask?

Would have been a good selection of movies/tv shows despite the fact that there are movies on there that show “This video is currently unavailable “ , why have it on the app when you can’t even watch!? Total rubbish from Amazon Prime. Try to fix this!!!

I’m really annoyed with this service. I’ve been taking money from my credit card even though I don’t have a subscription anymore.

Suggest this app for many people who can’t find decent movies to watch, but for some unknown reason movies that I really wanna stream are unavailable?! How come? Was watching a movie 23/7 and tried resuming it the next day and suddenly says unavailable. Please help

This app is so buggy, I just wanted to watch a show. I connected to my Apple TV, then it asked me to pay for the subscription for the show when on the web it’s a one time purchase. I’d much rather just buy the show. It didn’t let me. Even when I paid the subscription it just didn’t let me. It said it was no longer available, but on the webpage and on the internet it all says I should be able to, I even used a goddamn vpn. I turned it off, turned it on, changed it to UK, everything. I am so frustrated. I’m just going to say this now, don’t use this. Use Netflix or anything else you’ve found that’s good. The app has so many issues with features, and along with that it’s still charging me for a subscription I cancelled. All this because I forgot my Netflix password….do better smh
