Not working
It’s not working on my phone, I downloaded it and it hasn’t worked ever since.
Issues
My app is not opening at all when I downloaded this evening. I had to delete and download again and it’s still the same issue. Please rectify as soon as possible please because I don’t even know what is causing this situation
Can’t login into my account
I have been trying to log into my account via safari and it’s keeps taking me to reset password, no way of contacting the customer service.i need these looked into Amazon prime

This app is not opening and I do not understand the reason for that.

Been trying to log into this app for more than two weeks now, it just greets me with a blank screen, no loading nothing, can’t even tell if it’s my subscription that expired but how would I know that if I can’t see anything, it’s annoying. Please can you fix this
Unable to set up an account
I downloaded the app and for 2 days now I have not been able to set up an account. Once I click on the app it doesn't go pass the first tap. What could be the challenge.
