When I try to create an account, It always prompt “We've detected unusual activity and aren't able to create an account.” How do I fix that?
Automatic American dubbing with no option to use original audio
Can you believe that there is no option to use the original audio on a KDrama series? Very inconvenient that I have to look it up and change my location or find it in some obscure settings and preferences. Not user friendly.

SO hard to log in
Prime video is giving me a hard time to log in , it’s very frustrating and disappointing
Consistent error
Can’t enjoy watching when it always crashes and tells you something went wrong. Paid for a year of service for this. 😒
Drain battery
It drain my ipad battery from 100 to zero in just 1hr, i can not even finish watching 1 movie
Lack of US tv shows
Would be great if you would put whole 7 seasons of seal team and 2 whole seasons of lioness in amazon prime ph
Not happy
I just downloaded your app a few days ago using my new device to watch series. I’m trying to access the app today and it told me it was temporary blocked since it detected unusual activities. I keep looking how to contact support and just found out i can only contact it through a call. That’s too much for me. I just wasted my subscription thank to you all, now i uninstall the app and deleted it now. You can keep my initial payment for my 1st month. I was really looking forward on finishing a kdrama now i lost my mood to watch it.
