Can improve the PiP pls such that shows cont playin to next episode. Netflix does that and so convenient. Was very excited that The Office and Parks and Rec were available on Prime. But now the latter has been removed?! Will continue subscription so that I can continue using Amazon Prime for shipping of products.

AirPlay still buggy. Subtitle not showing when AirPlay.please fix!

It seems to happens after the last update after 11/11 on the app that I have experienced slowness when open the app and also loading of the show and it some time unable to load at all and it haves an error. Please help to resolve the issue ASAP as I am paying more now that you have increased the prices.

I have a very angry and bad experience about subtitles. Spent 1 hour to figure it out and still failed. Content in amazon is ok but definitely not worth renewing

I subscribed to Prime thinking I would have a hassle-free experience watching my favourite shows. But guess what? A few of the episodes are unavailable/cannot be played. So what is the use of subscribing? I have to miss a few episode gaps? I even called the specialist & he wasn’t helping at all.

From episode 2 onwards, on phone Subtitles are Off perpetually and I am unable to get them out, then on the television, there are subtitles but no audio. Work out the kinks before you release them for public consumption???

All good, but why is there no proper filter? Amazon bought imdb and shows the imdb rating. Why is that no filter option? Or the year in which the movies are made? One issue of streaming services is to find a movie so please make it easier for your customers!

App not working on iPad. Please get it sorted out goodness! What a shame! Can’t even load the app just stuck on the loading screen. Can’t even sign in!!

After going through the settings to change Audio. It is still speaking Spanish. Please rectify Season 2 Episode 9 of Yellowstone. The other seasons before are okay except this and season 10. Thank you.
