What is the point that I pay for prime video but 4 episodes are missing for LAO: SVU season 2 so I’m supposed to guess how Chicago PDs episode links up to SVU without seeing it. Yes SVU is supposed to be available on Prime Video. Disgrace.

I would appreciate it if developers could lock my profile itself instead of locking each individual episode because having to put my password in everytime I want to watch the next episode grieves me. Just enable me to lock my profile so that the children in my home can’t access it at all. They have their own kids profile to watch from.

I recently cancelled prime because we’d run out of interesting programs to watch. Also, on a South African contract, we miss out on a lot of good shows played overseas. Why is that? I would happily pay more.

I have an external monitor connected to my iPad Pro and can watch Apple TV and YouTube in full screen on that monitor. But I can’t full screen Prime Video on there. Not only that, but if I directly launch Prime Video on that monitor, I can’t watch anything. If you press play, whatever you’ve selected seems like it starts, because there’s audio. But the app stays where you were in the menu, no audio. You have to start the app on the normal iPad screen and start a video from there, and only thereafter can you move it over to your secondary monitor and watch it on there. But not in full screen. Pretty pointless remaining subscribed if I can’t fully utilize it on my devices, better to use other apps that fully support the functionality required.

I cannot even get a subscription before it tells me that my account is in hold. There is also no way to resolve the issue.

This app is a waste of money. It doesn’t have a great selection of shows, especially movies. Most times when google says you can stream a movie/show on Prime it’s not even on the app. This app doesn’t even work on my tv. Save your money and get showmax instead.

Content is great but the app is absolute dogs breakfast to operate. Movies and shows get lost and it glitches more than a Taylor swift fan
