Amazon - Shopping made easy

1 посылка не пришла , в ней был крем за 40$+, деньги не вернули, сказали что надо самой разбираться с транспортной компанией, которой отправили сами Амазон, писала несколько недель. Ответа не получила. Не заказывайте ничего дороже 20$, они эту посылку не привезут и потом еще и деньги не отдадут 😡😡😡

Add Russian, because many people don't understand Russian. Please add the Russian language, maybe I'll give 5 stars, and if not, it will remain -1!!!

I don’t know about other users of Amazon but last few months I’ve been facing negative things happening on Amazon. Somehow the period of preparing my parcels became much longer than 6 months ago. It takes now about a month and a half in comparison to 3-4 days( 6 months ago). Complete lack of communication, unless I initiate it. UPS works just fine but preshipment stage became just so long that it’s very frustrating. Information online is not real. Like they inform me that item will be delivered tomorrow then in fact it is still in States and won’t be in Georgia in time. Guys, what’s wrong with you. This level of service will bring you to bankruptcy. Start working and provide real service, for God’s sake.

Account is frozen, you can’t do anything It says - contact us, then you need to log in but it says account is frozen I’ve been loyal user to audible and Amazon for 15 years so why can’t I access my account

I can't sign in to my account or create a new one. Why do we need an app that doesn't work?

The worst service that I have ever met, no support service, had to phone number unknown where, but even there I could not help, in English do not communicate well. I ordered at one address and it was delivered to another, they couldn't change the address. No money back. The lamest company I've ever seen.

Don’t know what happened but application is not opening the photos of goods when I click on these photos, only some goods are affected, only on one of my devices - others don’t have such issue. None of obvious solutions worked - reboot, reinstall, log out/in, etc. Tried to chat with support - those script guys were completely useless.
