My recent experience was disappointing. From finding assistance to resolve issues to using app. I hope improvements are made in the future to ensure a better customer support and a smooth experience

Spent time providing info to open an account so I can buy tickets online. Figured the app/membership would be free since it did not require/indicate a cost in their blurb, but got to the end and they want to charge me.

Perfect

I like the app, it makes things convenient like adding the tickets to Apple wallet with permissions. However; this last time I ordered from the app for our treats during the movie our order was not correct or fresh. I looked like someone either didn’t fill my icee cup or drank from it because the melted bit was not there. The popcorn didn’t have a drop of butter on it. For not being able to go to the movies for less than $60…. Do better AMC.

This app is well worth it it pays for itself in no time.

Great movie, wonderful clean theater and the pizza was so yummy.
