I paid for a subscription in September 2022, was able to watch just fine, and then was suddenly unable to view it, and it wanted me to login. I don’t recall having a login. Then it renewed my subscription and I still can’t get in. It just sends me in cycles wanting to know my login username and password.who do you contact to get into this?

How many people are going to complain about your log in before you do something? Constant “dismiss” message but no other option to get into my account. Can’t find “forgot password “ option. Nothing. I just created a new email, signed up for $3.99 per month. Payment was taken, I was never asked for a password, so none was created. Now it wants me to sign in..”DISMISS “ Content is great but I can’t get in to view. When will you do something about this? Never ever have I had these problems over and over!!!!!!

Unfortunately I forgot both my username and password and there is nowhere to go on the app to do this, hence I am paying for an app I cannot use. I’d really like to fix this so I can use my app that I’m paying for every month!!!

I love AndWeKnow - I’ve purchased this app, but I CAN’T LOG IN. Possibly I messed up my user name ? HELP ! I really don’t know who should I contact to help me to reset my account ?

I love andweknw but I can’t seem to login after paying for a yearly subscription for the app. I have now cancelled since I can’t seem to log in. I can’t stand poorly created apps that get you stuck in a login loop. Sorry LT I really wanted to support your cause.

I love this app but I can not seem to login. I have paid the monthly fee and was able to watch one or two videos. When I opened it again, it’s asking me for login information but,1) I don’t think I set anything up and 2) it doesn’t even have a “forgot username” option. So, that being said, I have no to cancel my subscription unfortunately.

I agree with Thankful for this broadcast. My problem is that a subscription was charged to my account. I got the app from the App Store, but I don’t recall putting in log in information. I can’t get in without log in.

I Subscribed and love the podcast and was excited about when I saw there was an app- well such a bummer I’m afraid. I thought this would be direct access to the podcasts and more. Actually it is nothing - it never accepts login and no options or settings to correct ?? so I have never really seen what the app is and subscribed too ?? Well I’m happy to donate, which I did and would love if y’all fixed the app and communicated with your subscribers :)

My husband and I have been watching And We Know on rumble for awhile now and we just love watching and listening! Such great videos to pay attention to and I always love and enjoy the prayer at the end! So many details and great information!
