This app requires some VERY invasive permissions just to let me see the status of my Anker battery? The battery is good but the amount of personal information, contacts, surfing habits, social media and purchase information it wants to collect is unconscionable. Combined with the fact that this is a Chinese company where social credit score is king, this app appears to be an attempt to build similar profiles of users all over the world. This app is basically spyware, potentially for a foreign government.

App is easy to use and quite functional. Works well for customizing your charger’s output and prioritization.

This had been working great until a firmware update occurred today. First, I use the pass through feature and battery backup to power some devices including my WiFi via a cellular modem/router. I don't have a landline. When firmware updates occur, the pass through feature is unavailable. In the case of my cellular modem/router, it turns them off & causes the firmware update to fail on the C1000. After moving some furniture to access the C1000 and router, I plugged my modem/router directly into A/C & updated the C1000 firmware properly. Now I have 2 major problems: 1. I purchased this specifically to power my cellular modem/router that I use for an internet connection. If pass through is unavailable during updates, it defeats the purpose of using a battery backup, especially if I'm not home when the update occurs. I travel frequently. 2. The A/C port will no longer charge the C1000. It is effectively a paper weight. Please fix the firmware!

I love that this app gives me real time data on my power consumption and charging information as well. I’ve been loving my new Anker charger as well. Very well built, and the app works flawlessly.

F1500: If I connect it to Bluetooth while away from home (driving), it doesn’t reconnect to WiFi when I get back home. In fact, manually connecting it to WiFi is slow and doesn’t seem to work consistently. GaNPrime: after updating the firmware today I noticed that it thinks it is January 1st, not December 31st. There doesn’t seem to be any way to adjust the time or time zone.

Crazy how much information the app shows uou on each port.
