Jeg købte deres sous vide stav som de lovede kunne styres via Bluetooth og wifi. Men nu skriver de at de “lukker ned for den feature”fordi de hellere vil malke folk for et månedligt beløb fremover for den samme mulighed, så det kommer ikke længere til at virke på min model. 
Jamen så vil jeg gerne have gerne penge tilbage for det var hele årsagen til at jeg var så dum at købe hos jer.

Anova just announced they will stop supporting older devices in about a year. That's not OK. You can leave a legacy app that supports older devices and make a new app for the newer devices, but stopping support all along was not part of the deal or expectations when buying the device.

I love my Anova (and so does family and friends ;-). I was an it in doubt when I got the Anova stick if I should go for only Bluetooth or also Wifi. So happy I spend an it more. E.g.  Late from work and I can just give he meat a few extra hours ? Setting he temperature - but especially the timer from away is a winner. The app is very easy to use and the options to get recipes via the app is really great. In short - impressed and love it!

Years of ownership. Just need to say that I have never ever experienced a customer service that is so fantastic. I have recommended Anova to loads of friends!!! The stick and Anova never let you down. ;-)

No major issues with the app itself. Some occasional connection problems with the cooker but I suspect it’s due to the (now aging, mine is an original model) networking hardware. 

I don’t use the recipes much, maybe the headlines and food pics fail to inspire but the ones I have tried have been good.

Garbage app, lousy reliability. If a recipe calls for a certain temperature to run for a certain amount of hours, minutes, the timer will start AS SOON AS the above starts heating the water. This means that if you listen to the app timer, IT WILL UNDERCOOK your meal.

Ripe with connectivity problems. Would return my Anova if I could.
