## AnthroPed Description
This application calculates and graphically represents the Z-Score and percentile of the main anthropometric indicators, while also providing a detailed analysis of growth velocity, using days of life as a reference. It was developed and programmed by Gerson Rodríguez, Pediatric Specialist.

Key Features:
1. Charts and Calculations of Percentiles and Z-Scores: Based on WHO parameters, with sensitivity to days of life to ensure precise growth assessments for the following indicators:
Weight/Height
Weight/Age
Height/Age
BMI/Age
Head Circumference/Age

2. Growth Velocity Analysis: Evaluates increases in length, weight, or head circumference, displaying Z-scores, percentiles, and graphs to highlight progress between assessments.
3. Growth Curves for Children with Cerebral Palsy: Includes charts for height, weight, and BMI, stratified by the Gross Motor Function Classification System (I-V), with Level V further divided into those requiring a feeding tube (FT) and those not requiring one (NT). Published by Jordan Brooks in Pediatrics 128.2: e299-e307.
4. Daily Fluid Requirements Calculation: Based on the Holliday and Segar method or body surface area considerations.
5. Create and Manage Patient Databases: Includes percentiles, Z-scores, and anthropometric measurements for comprehensive tracking.
6. Easy Data Import and Export: Facilitates flexible and practical database management.
7. Charts and Calculations for Preterm Neonates: Based on FENTON (2013), INTERGROWTH-21st, and OLSEN (2010) references.
8. Growth Charts for Patients with Down Syndrome: Specially adapted for this population.

The results provided by this application are based on the LMS model (Cox Distribution: Skewness, Mean, and Coefficient of Variation), applied to each growth indicator: height, weight, BMI, and head circumference.
