## Anti-Snore Description
Wer nachts schnarcht, ist meistens am darauffolgenden Morgen erschöpft und unausgeschlafen. Aber nicht nur das, auch der (Ehe-) Partner wird von den Geräuschen am Schlaf gehindert. 

Meistens werden Sie dabei auch noch mit dem Satz : „Ich muss vor Dir einschlafen, sonst fängst du an zu Schnarchen und ich komme nicht zur Ruhe“  konfrontiert. 

Das Schnarchen kann damit zu einer regelrechten Geduldsprobe werden und es soll sogar Fälle geben, bei denen Partner nicht mehr im selben Zimmer schlafen (dürfen).

Die Zahl der Männer, die schnarchen, ist zwar höher, es gibt jedoch auch viele Frauen, die Schnarchen. Daher betrifft dieses Problem alle Geschlechter.

Es gibt einige Maßnahmen auf dem Markt. Doch nicht alle halten auch das, was sie versprechen, sind teuer oder sehr unhandlich.
