awhile back (february 2023) i ordered (3?) items and never received them. i also thought “maybe my package just got stolen or was missing” and i went on the app and said it never came through customer service. then it sent me to some website to say that there too, so i did that, and now my emails are flooded with scams from “fedex” and “ups”

Never got my pants waiting for my order vary bad app .

I placed an order on 12/15/2023 and paid an extra $40 for express shipping (5-9 business days) with the hopes of it arriving in time for Christmas. It is now 01/04/2024 and it has yet to arrive. It’s confirmed it is in transit, but where it is depends on where you track it. I should have looked into this company that my kids recommended, because I would not have ordered if I knew it would be coming from overseas.

I’ve waited 2 weeks to get this package in just for them to ship & deliver it in a WHOLE DIFFERENT CITY AND STATE! I’m upset and there is no way I can contact them!
