Amazing app to search for doctors, medicine delivery - Thanks to Apollo
Money debited twice not getting refund
Really your service is very poor and not able to even contact you You booked wrong address so I cancelled and ordered for correct address but you didn’t refund money So please refund my money immediately
Regarding the carelessness of delivering the products
I never expected they do such kind of careless things with the medicines we order ,I checked the delivery date before I order and it showed me I wil getting my medicines delivered the next day hence i proceed forward now all of a sudden it’s showing its delayed and wil be de liter after 2 days and I didn’t expect this because it was concern about the health and I thought I would be getting the things at the right time
Glitches
It’s glitching and hanging a lot off late, I’ll update my score once it’s goes back to how it was.
Medicine Availability and Speed of Delivery
I switched to Apollo from 1mg mostly due to faster delivery every time. Buying experience is also smooth. Just that sometimes Prescription Upload gets a little hassle since it doesn’t succeed at the 1st attempt of upload sometimes.
Availability of medicine
When I visited the store , there was no medicine but I received the same on ordering online40 minutes approximately. It was delayed by 15-20 minutes today.

Do not Use this is a fraud app they never deliver medicine one you have paid. This is a typical corporate fraud app. They will keep on telling lies. Go to twitter and check their feed , there are thousands of cases where they have not delivered medicines once the customer has paid. These people are cheating sick patients for money.

Most useless app
In this app you can chat with doctors within 7days of appointment but in reality doctors don’t even check the chat sections after the payment
