Apollo Scooters

Very handy utilities (such as a speedometer, map, color selector) but connection to Bluetooth very often drops.

This is such a fun ride. However, the Allen wrenches it comes with, do not fit the first six screws, which attach the handlebars to the stem. I had to use my own wrenches for that part of assembly. Luckily, it is an easily forgotten hassle once assembled and enjoyed. Thanks Apollo:)

Good, not great. Provides a good display for my scooter. Keeps tracks of rides but not accurate cause the milage on my app is way higher than my scooter. Maybe thats because the “end ride” button is hard to press and the recent update made it WORSE. You have always had to hold it down for some frustrating reason but now theres a progress bar that your thumb hides and resets MORE OFTEN NOW. If i dismount to walk thru a pedestrian area i have to pull aside and find a place to snuff this ride out of existence. You need a still steady hand like a surgeon to end your ride on this app and makes me regret logging it in the first place.

Not user friendly.

Can’t use the app unless you have internet. Therefore can’t lock the scooter.

The scooter is locked up won’t move says a pin is wrong but there’s no pin that was changed , don’t waste your money on this scooter nor website

Omg …! Wow what an amazing most beautiful scooter so smooth and so very powerful..!!! I live in North Park San Diego and it’s very bike friendly city, there’s alot of steep heels and this scooter was amazingly smooth on hills like as if it was flat surface lol. The looks from people the scooter definitely makes a bold statement the looks the lights the design and how smooth it handles. Amazing! money well spend…! Ps this is my replacement from a previous scooter HiBoy I had. There’s no comparison Apollo scooter stands out on every aspect. Feels and handles very smooth very sturdy. I’ve tried a bunch of scooter apps, but Apollo Scooter is hands down the best. It’s super easy to use and the real-time updates are spot on. Booking a ride takes just a few taps, and the navigation is smooth and reliable. If you use a scooter in the city, you need this app!

The Apollo scooter app worked fine for my Apollo go, but it will not connect to my Apollo city. But even when it would work on the go, it would take a few tries for it to connect.

This app does not connect to my scooter about 60% of the time, and I am not exaggerating those numbers. They even had an update recently and the problem got even WORSE!! More than half the time I’m sitting there clicking connect just for the app to take a minute or so to tell me it can’t connect, honestly it’s faster to delete the scooter and re-adding it then to try connecting to your scooter. When I’m in a rush to get on the road it’s very frustrating to sit there trying to connect for 3-5 minutes.
