I’ve been on 2 different iPhones and 3 androids, yet, this issue still persists. Sun Wukong is my favorite but he is unusable because of this. The farther you get, the more ho the monsters will have which is just more crashing. Not to mention, pet abilities and artifacts get screwed up if you try to continue after a crash. 9 times out of 10, artifacts just genuinely don’t work anymore when I have to continue after that. I’m losing more than I gain playing at this point. I can deal with a lack of content but a lack of playability isn’t fun at all. Please fix this. It matches with an opponent then freezes. This happens about %50 of the time. Habby is aware of the issue and hasn’t done anything about it in over a year. Edit: Habby responded to this with “try restarting the game” the problem with this is the first player in a match to do this loses the match and the other wins. So you end up sitting there waiting for the other to reboot first. More issues: there hasn’t been a level add to Trial Tower in years, it stops at 200. The support suggested me to use a VPN to play the game.
