Along the lines I got a new phone and tried redownloading the game, except I didn’t remember my nickname or ID I used at the time. I tried finding whatever information I could and even provided all the purchase history/receipts through my Apple account. I had all the proof that I spent this money and they have refused to help me either recover my old account or restore purchases to a new account. I followed all of their steps after being in contact with their support team and it has been no help, only a a waste of time and waste of money. I am so disappointed. If I didn’t have any proof of anything I would understand, but when I have more than enough proof it is very disappointing to learn that all the money invested is just gone and the creators will do nothing to help. Very very disappointing.
