I really loved Heartopia at first the graphics are super cute, the characters are adorable, and the whole vibe feels fun and relaxing. But over time, it slowly became less enjoyable for me. The gacha system and events feel too expensive and heavily pay-to-win. It started to feel like if you don’t spend money, you can’t really fully enjoy the game or get the cute items. Eventually, I lost interest because it stopped feeling fun and started feeling stressful instead of relaxing 😭

Hello heartopia, I really enjoy playing this game and I think it’s very fun and amazing game! but i just want to suggest something. I’m a bit disappointed that most hairstyles can only be obtained from events that require a lot of effort or spending and I would love if you could add more hairstyles for both girls and boys in the salon and also allow us to buy them using stars instead of only event tickets. It’s fun, but a bit lacking because when playing with friends, we can’t hear each other’s voices and have to call on WhatsApp. So please consider adding a voice chat feature. It would be much better because I don’t like typing messages all the time. Also, the message limit makes it difficult to communicate.

I like Heartopia, but the gacha system is extremely disappointing.

I’ve done 212 draws on the Whimsical Tea Party Labyrinth and still haven’t completed the set. That’s far beyond what should be reasonable, especially when the system suggests completion around 200 draws.

This doesn’t feel rewarding,it feels unfair and excessive. Players who are willing to support the game shouldn’t be punished like this.

If the drop rates aren’t improved, it will seriously discourage people from participating in future gachas. Please make the system more balanced and fair.

The game is good, though its kinda slow and boring to some people but for me it’s okay to kill the time and to play after a tiring day at work. I love the visual and lovee the cute stuffs. BUT! It crashes so often, and I found that it crashes every 30 minutes. It crashes whenever a new player comes into town with their big architectures. It crashes during event too. I even tuned down all the graphic settings, but still crashes. This might make me lose interest if it keeps crashing like this. Please fix.

Hi I really love this game so much. I love playing it and it’s made me so relaxed. I felt so creative. 

Also can you add some new features to Heartopia? 

I was thinking can you add the recipes selection for the snow sculpture hobby just like the cooking recipes please. 

I’m building a snow café and I need more snow blocks to build it. also, I can’t build it because I have been making a different types of snow sculptures and some of them I had to sell it for gold coins 

talk about building. 

Can you add a new feature to the co-build, please? 
So players can share their building materials to others when the player use the building materials from others players the other players will get gold coins in returns

I want to use the Spectral Moss pool to make an onsen 

Oh, and also can you add some mini games in the game besides events I want to earn more gold coins, wishing stars, moonlight crystals and heart diamonds and don’t forget the exhibition passes just make it more challenging. I love playing challenging games.

Talk about running a café you should make a mini game about running a cafe in Heartopia

Oh, and also there’s more can you add 15 more requests into the game? I really getting bored without any questions each day. Maybe we’ll be better if you’re at well you know 50 requests.
