Hospital Sim Story, where the nurse makes you fill out a 500 page survey before allowing you to see your newborn child? Having to pay for your Doctors visit by buying Car Insurance from one of their sponsors? I hate games with micro transactions, Kairosoft is one of the few shining light developers left that release small, addictive, bite-sized games. And I've never seen another developer pestered on social media so much for when the next game is coming out, it's because what they release is so good and so frequent and you never know what's going to come next.
