ネガティブなことを考えてしまう癖がかなりあり、そういう自分を治したいと思って始めました。 トレーニングもかなり活用させていただいています。 提案ですがポジティブ広場で他の方の投稿内容を見るのもかなり良いのですがgoodボタンがあれば良いなと思いました。皆さんのポジティブな内容にいいねしたいと思い。よろしくお願いします。

・ "Positive Advice": Input any unpleasant event or situation, and the app will provide you with advice to turn it into a positive one. Use it when you're feeling down or when you've made a mistake.
Example: "I made a typing error at work and my boss got mad at me." → "I understand that making a typing error at work can be frustrating, and it's natural to feel upset when your boss gets mad at you. However, try to stay positive and remember that mistakes happen to everyone. Take this as an opportunity to learn from the error and improve your skills. If possible, have a calm and honest conversation with your boss, acknowledging the mistake, and explaining how you plan to avoid it in the future. Remaining positive and proactive in addressing the situation will show your boss that you're responsible and dedicated to your work. Keep your head up, and don't let this one incident define your worth as an employee. We all have ups and downs, and what matters is how we handle and grow from them. You've got this!"
・ "Positive Translate": This feature transforms words with negative meanings into positive ones. Use it when you want to turn your weaknesses into strengths or when you want to praise someone without hurting their feelings.

いつもありがとうございます（バグ報告）
ver.1.3.5からアドバイスが表示されなくなりました。ios 17.2.1になります。 ストレージに余裕があるのでアプリ側かなと思うのですが、アドバイスのボタンを押した後灰色になったまま画面遷移せず、ボタンも灰色から戻りません。 ご確認いただけますでしょうか。

欲しい言葉の真逆を返してくる 全肯定してもらって自己肯定感を高めたい人には向かない、あくまでアドバイスのみ。
欲しい言葉をくれる
欲しい言葉をくれます。 自己肯定感を上げたく、いいアプリを探していたところこちらのアプリに出会いました。本当にいいです。 自分のいい事日記やポジティブ名言などで微妙と感じていたのですが、こちらはネガティブに寄り添った相談相手をしてくれ、返しが的確なので本当に自己肯定感が上がります。私の場合毎日ネガティブな出来事を思い出したり考え込んでしまうので、毎日使って心を落ち着かせたいです。
