Reception With App

The app is a visitor management system.
It handles reception and sends visitor notifications via chat tools.
It can be used in various settings, not just offices but also salons, shops, or medical reception desks.
Users can customize the display messages, content, and background images.
Supported chat tools include:
• Slack
• Chatwork
• Microsoft Teams (Microsoft 365 Users)
The app is free to use initially, but after 31 days, a payment page will be displayed.
After completing the setup, turn on the access guide.
The app will be fixed and the buttons displayed at the top can be hidden.
Set up Guided Access
1. Go to Settings > Accessibility, then turn on Guided Access.
2. Tap Passcode Settings, then tap Set Guided Access Passcode.
3. Enter a passcode, then re-enter it. From here, you can also turn on Face ID or Touch ID as a way to end a Guided Access session.
Start a Guided Access session
1. Open the app that you want.
2. On an iPhone X or later, triple-click the side button. On an iPhone 8 or earler, triple-click the Home button.
3. Tap Guided Access, then tap Start.

•Set Buttons According to Visitor Purpose
You can create buttons tailored to different visitor purposes, such as "Job Applicant" or "Delivery Personnel." Each button can be configured with a specific notification destination (chat tool). Customize the text and images according to the purpose.
You can add as many buttons as you need. If there are too many buttons, they will appear within a scrollable area.
• Configure Input Fields Based on Visitor Purpose
You can set up input fields for "Visitor's Name" and "Contact Person's Name." These fields can be omitted if they are not needed.
• Specify Notification Destinations
For example, notifications for "Job Applicants" can be sent to Slack Channel A, while notifications for "Delivery Personnel" can be sent to Slack Channel B.
This allows for efficient communication without the need to forward calls manually.
[Standby Mode]
When Standby Mode is set to 'ON,' the screen will dim after 30 seconds of inactivity. Touching the screen will restore it.
[Background]
You can set any background image of your choice.
[Subscription]
After 31 days of use, a payment page will be displayed.
You can continue using the app, but to remove the display, please subscribe for $9.69(USD) per month.

• "Reception With App" Monthly Subscription $9.69(USD)(auto-renewal) is a subscription service billed on a monthly basis.
• Payments will be charged to your iTunes account.
• Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew for another month.
• Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your App Store account settings.
• If you purchase "Reception With App" Monthly Subscription $9.69(USD)(auto-renewal) during the trial period, the free trial will end immediately, and you will be charged.
