App does not connect to device and there are no instructions

Bought the toy and such it connects can only use trial mode and that’s IF it connects and on an Apple that’s a big IF. Can’t log in doesn’t work remotely like advertised. A long wait and purchase for something this will not work

Can’t download app. Waste of money.

This app is worthless, it does not work on iPads, the screen stays small and doesn’t fit to size, its all in Japanese Worst money ever spent

Still an issue

App never works right. On the rare times it does connect with the device via Bluetooth (which is few and far between) the remote feature doesn’t work. There’s absolutely no useful info in the app and what is there makes no sense....for example “ The color of the private place is mainly determined by the hormone level.” Is part of an answer in the q&a section of the help menu. WTH?!

DO NOT download this app if you don’t want to be a victim of identity theft. They collect your identity by making you log in with your email or Facebook password. This is crime. You should return your purchased products, ask for full refund and report this unethical business practices to google, Facebook, or police..
