Wait times are not loading, can’t sign up for an account with a USA number in website or app. Can’t create account in app. Tried contacting support, no solution and tried the suggested steps.

This App uses location services to display Guests’ position on the map.
These permissions only apply when the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App is open.
Some features include the ability to make purchases and require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection.
Before downloading this App, please be aware that some App features may require location data, including name, country / region of residence, date of birth, mobile number and government ID number (such as ID card number or passport number). You will receive one text message to your mobile number containing a PIN that you must provide in order to confirm your registration. Some features include the ability to make purchases and require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. In addition, this App will access your device’s external storage in order to store debug logs and your device’s accounts to store and retrieve a public token in a secure fashion that is needed to access server content. 非常糟糕的烟花投影秀体验
本来和对象一起来迪士尼庆生很愉快的，晚上准备看烟花，结果临时封路，绕了一大圈才能到达位于正门观赏点，但是此时该区域已经完全封闭，工作人员不停驱赶游客，言语粗暴，动作蛮横，如果提前给到观赏提示，就不至于观赏体验如此糟糕。我是来过迪士尼两三次了，第一次碰到这种现象，关机存在重大问题，以后不会带朋友来玩了。

One of the worst apps
This is seriously one of the worst apps I've ever used. Trying to register with a foreign account is near impossible and constantly cycles through the sign in with phone number screen. Disney needs to fix this app to be on par with their other parks

Just tried to browse ticket, unfortunately it’s showing “Magic is happening” you just can’t go anywhere or do anything I have to delete the app, not sure whether I can do anything after download again
Better than bad, it’s good!
It’s better all the time! Since people don’t usually leave a review unless it’s negative, I thought I’d do an up to date assessment. The app has steadily improved over the years. Most recently it’s been great and it’s really handy to have a map, schedules and wait times displayed in real time. I like that you can search by category within the map and find certain events, restaurants or rides. Although it usually takes some getting used to each time there are changes, the UI has improved with each update. Keep up the good work! Now, if we could just get in the park…
