The ideas behind the app is great but the support and speed is terrible. Nothing gets through or registered or refreshed despite constant checking.

After taking the number and returning to the clinic, I found that there were more than 30 people.

講網上攞籌，我遇過晒以下3個情況： 1. 個個醫生都無得攞嘅 2. 攞到有個叫「醫生A」，點知攞完入晒資料，個籌又可以無咗嘅 3. 網上成功攞籌，app 顯示診所實時去到幾多號籌，同診所現場係可以爭二三十個籌 登入果啲唔洗點講，成日自己甩個login，用mybupa 登入又做唔到 不如將個app下架， 重新整過啦，個app 真係做嚟搏俾人鬧㗎喳

To the one managing the app: Merge the login with Bupa, no one wants a login to just quality healthcare no one knows you if you’re not with bupa, just one account is enough no need so redundant. For booking, it’s there but no doctor is available forever, reminds me of a traffic light in an abandoned town, is there but totally useless. E-queue, took ticket to skip queue, or go to clinic and queue again? Is the one managing the app pure dumb? Or has an IQ of 39? Last but not least, I’m so sick I need to see a doctor but first let’s create an account. Seriously? May the lead who manages this app gets kidney failure.

The user experience is incredibly frustrating, as the app lacks user-friendliness and fails to provide up-to-date data. Navigating through the app is cumbersome, with confusing menus and unintuitive features that hinder the appointment. As a user, I rely on this app for convenient and accurate appointment scheduling, and the current state of the app severely undermines its purpose.

不知所謂的登入過程毫無改善，看似比銀行更嚴格的保安，每次都說密碼已過期，密碼不正確，用face ID又會lag，到最後按忘記密碼，原來也只需要電郵驗證。你搞咁多嘢做乜。
