Weibo illegally banned lots of users’ accounts without any rational explanation since early 2022 and I’m one of those ripped-off customers. The customer service was so arrogant when I complained this issue and they could do nothing to the users’ legal rights protection. Weibo also refused to refund my ‘VIP account subscription fees‘ even if they can on longer provide any VIP services, which was totally a fraud.
