Quite easy to use. The features are also great, especially where it shows how many chats are active. Discourages people to create a false demand and gives some transparency. AI suggestions could use more work as they were not exactly useful. Replaced my whole detailed description with one line sentence, lol! . Would be great if we could add short videos. Overall really convenient app to sell off things you just have lying around the house.

while I find Karot to be a great APP, it is still a work in progress. What should change is that you can make an offer to a seller, however, the seller cannot make an offer to a customer who likes their product. As well as counter offers  back-and-forth until you reach the price you both agree on. Another option that needs to be included is that certain items can be sent via mail to a customer for a set shipping fee.
