Deleted over 6 months of progress in a crash
I’ve been playing for over 200 days, and I was still getting notifications to bind my account (although I thought I had), so I performed a cloud save and tried to bind my account again to get those extra perks, and the app crashed. When I reopened the app, everything was gone and I was prompted to start from day 1. I wrote to the email address with all the user ID info I could find, and I have not received a response. I haven’t paid a lot, but I’ve paid enough to this app to be really mad to lose all progress.
