App hasn’t worked for months What are we supposed to do about photo frames

Got the photo frame, and had my grandson add some photos to it. Decided to add some more, and I am completely locked out of the app! Tried all my usual passwords and all errors. Clicked forgot password and get another error. Tried creating a new account both with email and Apple ID and it says I already have an account. Do NOT buy anything from this crappy Chinese company!!

Who do I need to contact to log in into a picture frame that I have used for 2 years??? It boots me off after time and it shows error when I try to log in. I deleted and reinstalled- same error message.

Don’t waste your time. I got this for free and figured how bad can it be. Well, the app is terrible the doorbell is even worse neither work. Avoid at all cost!

I really had faith in him... he records with good quality. The interface is not so bad if we don't look at the price... I think they offer a good product for the price, now the cloud utilities are for decoration... unless I take a photo or record a video I can't see The rest... I had an intrusion and it gave me the motion alert but I was never able to watch the video to see the person... hoooo and I also paid the 3 dollars for the plies and it was of no use... I want my money back.

I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but my lady encouraged me to try it and I’m happy I did. The photo frame syncs instantly to the app and uploads photos and videos! Great app

Won't connect to A9 camera. Software says I'm "...not connected to wifi" even though I am. Get "Network Exception" error when launching app. Customer support is non-existent.

Have to use this app for a photo frame I ordered. App says it’s downloaded the photo frame code but doesn’t show in the app so I can’t use it. Returning frame because this app is no good.

Got a camera but because it uses this useless app I can’t even use it! Waste of money, waste of energy and waste of time 😡

When you try to set up your account in this app, it will not send you the verification code. When you click on app support in the App Store, you get an error message.
