海外からの接続のため、仕方なくアプリから接続しています。良くスタックしますし、予約レッスンについては入れませんでした。 普段はiPadを使っていますが、iPhoneに変えても同じ状況でした。

iPhone 11とKindleHDの両方で試しましたが、まともに動きませんでした。通信環境の相談ができるチャットの設置を切望します。
気をつけて
7480円(税込)/月 のプランなのに、16280円/月 の請求が6ヶ月連続できていました。8800円×6ヶ月=52800円も多く請求されています。申し立て中ですが速やかな返金を求めます。 みなさんもプランと実際の請求額をよくご確認ください。私みたいな被害者が増えませんように。
プラン変更が分かりにくすぎて騙された気持ちになりました
元々契約していたプランから変更が気になっていたので、プランについて変更というボタンを押しただけでクレジットが引き落とされて変更手続きがされていた。元々利用予定だったプランは初日でそのプランでは何も利用してないのにその分も引き落とされていた。お金が引き落とされるなら、もう少し分かりやすくやってほしかった。申し訳ないですが、騙された気持ちです。
難しい表現も
英語と日本語の違いから分かりにくい表現も、デイリーニュースで学習できます。
レッスン時
アプリが開かなくなって、コインだけ引かれました。
アップデートしたら
アップデートしたら、お気に入り講師が数名消えてしまいました。 その講師を探すとお気に入り登録されてはいますが、一覧には表示されません。 不具合治して欲しいです。 アプリとしてはとても使いやすく楽しんで学習できています。
解約が行えず悪質です。。
安く試せるといういいサービスなのに、とにかく解約手続きが手間がありすぎて2度と使いたくないと思ってしまった。 何度試してもエラーになり、どのサイトよりも解約に手間がかかります。ちまたの詐欺事件とやり口がかわりません。
不備
講師のレビューを押すとフリーズして全く動かなくなる。
