Then they banned me for just playing the game doing daily stuff and said it was because of “abnormal game usage.” Contacted support a couple times and they said there was nothing they could do because records showed I had abnormal game usage. Every 2-5 minutes the game will just disconnect and remove the last 2 minutes or so of all game activity including summoning or dungeon sweeps. I’m scared to spend diamonds anymore because most times it will disconnect after I spend them. This needs to be fixed ASAP then would give 4/5. The new system they put in place comes with negative attributes that make this even more frustrating. Try it out for a few days before you spend money. Learn from my mistakes. The lack of daily progression after you get to a point makes you ask yourself “Why am I playing this?” The answer is “I’m done”.
