When I download the game and open it a box pops up in Chinese. I translated it and it says I need to put my real names and ID number. I put my real name but idk what ID number means. I thought I meant my phone number so I put it in but the top of the box changed. I translated and it says error. What does it want me to do?

This is such an awesome game, it says the game comes in English which some of it does but now a pop up in Chinese comes up. This pop up doesn’t close, I have no idea what it asks me to enter and it won’t progress the game further. A horrible end to a game.
