Need to improve user interface
1) the password onscreen keyboard is so small, every time I ain’t sure where my finger is tapping on! Make it bigger or have a magnifying glass. 2) nowhere can I find a button to check e-advoce!

Poor UI design, not user friendly at all. No extra useful information, but all available free from aastocks.

No way to print statements.
There is now way that I can print statements from the mobile app. The email received says print statements from app but the mobile app has view only function. I am using iOS. PLEASE FIX THIS FLAW.

一個好廢嘅app! 成日都話賬戶號碼錯！ 都唔知錯係邊度！ 人地啲銀行一個app做晒所有嘢， 但東亞又要分開銀行同證券， 一啲都唔user friendly!
Poorly developed App
This is such an ineffective and useless app for trading. In this modern age this app feels very primitive. It don’t allow you to keep a Ask/Bid order after a certain spread.

I strongly advise you NOT to use this bank. Their apps and online services are a total failure. Staff are not helpful either.
