For the Frozen show, you MUST make reservations via the app. It lets you wait in a digital queue for half an hour, then, when you are in front of the queue, you need to sign up for a mandatory account. Once signed up… you get redirected to the back of the line. Also, in case you lose internet connection to the park WiFi… back of the line. 

Did I mention you have to share all your personal details, from phone, email, full name, date of birth, … What is up with that, Disney?! We’re already in the park!

Overall a terrible experience to simply sign up for a show.
