The only thing that it really needs to be perfect is it should allow you to choose the length of the challenge. There are times that we all have a lot going on in our lives and we don’t necessarily want to do a seven day challenge. Sometimes a three day challenge would be more appropriate or even a one day challenge. It mystifies me as to why there’s only one choice.
