The app is very helpful but lately the navigation is slightly off i.e., delayed commands.  Also, the maps are outdated and my address and coordinates are out of sync. The map shows my address 3 houses past the actual location.  Please update maps and location accuracy.

Tired of my arrival time being incorrect when I’m going the way directed. It seems this app has gone backwards. I used to beat my arrival time. It doesn’t take traffic into account or anything. I have been using Apple Maps for a long time, but recently, the system has been improved, making driving more difficult than before. I do not recommend using it. It is better to use Google Maps, because it gives better route details. Using Apple Maps can be dangerous while driving. I do not recommend it at this time. I hope the system will be improved.

The integration is nice, although it’s a bit difficult to unlock the phone when navigation is active. Aside from that, the maps in Japan are seriously outdated. I gave it a chance recently, but Google Maps is still better for navigation and public transportation.  I tried using the reporting function to add my address and they just ignored the request.  The roads that are shown were removed 5 years ago.

Things I like about the app:
Interfaces well with the watch, love how transit works with the app and the general ease of use within the Apple ecosystem

Things I hate:
The reroute button has not worked for me the past 10 days prompting me to give this review. Also the app seems to have a very pathetic sense of direction every-time I end up using it. I’ve since switched to Waze/Google

regularly encourages me to go down the wrong way down multi-lane one-way roads. Also, Apple Maps routinely and by default encourages me to drive down a pedestrian only street in my relatively big city (240k+ population) on a college campus with a lot of pedestrian traffic.  Apple Maps is going to get somebody killed and the irony is that I’m not even allowed to change my default because it’s not Spring 2025 yet and I don’t live in Europe where their users have more rights.

For the past month or so, apple maps has been completely unreliable. It’s unable to locate where I am. It’ll spin and spin. Or it’ll think I’ve exited the freeway when I haven’t. Or it’ll think I’m driving in the next neighborhood over.
The maps carplay has also doesn’t show exit or street numbers or names, just a “turn right in x distance.” Drivers are looking for names, not going off distance. 
It’s not a signal issue. This has happened in places I routinely drive. It’s gotten so bad I have to switch to google maps, and voila! No problems.
Whoever designed this app… it’s very aesthetically pleasing but completely useless.

When using offline maps and searching for places with multiple locations, the results are not sorted closest to furthest. It shows me the distances to each one so i can see closer ones further down in the results list. This is not the case for online maps so offline should sort the same way.
