## Apple Support Reviews in Соединенные Штаты

### ***** "EEE"
Payday next week
-- G-Grandmothers, 2026-09-12

-- Aldixk, 2026-09-12

### *---- "No price options"
Tried to get coverage and there’s no options. I guess you have to take it in to get coverage?
-- Momfdjvrkcd, 2026-09-11

### ***** "Locke Wayne"
Locke Wayne
-- Locke Wayne, 2026-09-11

### ****- "Фокусирование"
Добавьте, чтобы фокусирование менялось при подключении к Wi-Fi
-- MaximBlizniuk, 2026-09-09

### *---- "Almost entirely automated to a fault"
text a robot who tells you exactly what you can find on the internet without this waste of an app until they finally realize it can't help you, so a person starts to text you until they realize they can't help you, so they schedule a call and you talk to ANOTHER person until they tell you to do something that requires turning your phone off (which ends the call) and there is no way to call them back. you have to go through that entire process again just to get back on the phone with ANOTHER person. this has happened to me multiple times and the issue is still not resolved and there's no attempt to reach out to me to see if my problem is fixed. it seems like they'll do anything just to get you to leave them alone so what is the point of this app!? if you're wondering what my issue is in the first place, it's this: my iphone only has like 30gb of space on it due to the rediculous 30gb os and 8GB IS FILLED BY ICLOUD DRIVE. the problem with that is that there's NOTHING in my icloud drive. why tf am i paying for icloud if it's going to store hidden data on my device that cannot be deleted manually!?
-- highestrainking, 2026-09-09

### ***** "Help"
Can't use apps
-- Elliecrrl, 2026-09-08

### ***-- "Billing and subscription"
“I have $0.02 remaining on my Apple Account balance, and I need to change my country/region from the United States to Ghana. I can’t spend the remaining $0.02. Please help remove the remaining balance.”
-- Man lyk legacy, 2026-09-06

### *---- "Ugh!"
When writing the review it will close leaving you angry after spending time writing a review. More anger. Spent hundreds on tablet then pay monthly for care but since I use stylus instead of apple pen the pen menu that use to pop up that have disappeared isn't a tablet issue. I just want the menu back when I right. I have to tap out when I want to tap enter. Annoying if your writing and taking notes. They don’t send you power code they make you go to their store which is nowhere near I live. Im switching to android.
-- Notright1$2, 2026-09-05

### *---- "Terrible"
Terrible help support. Did not help the problem I was facing. Called and spoke to many people and none helped with the issue that was facing. The last person hung up on me.
-- Youngscholar40, 2026-09-05

### ***** "iMessage"
Help me with my iMessage account Waiting for activation
-- JNR BOWY, 2026-09-05

-- H_so_basic, 2026-09-04

### **--- "Still Needs Work"
My daughter’s MacBook Air had a hardware failure so we used the Support App to schedule a “Genius”. We dropped off the machine for repair. Was there any way to track the case in the support app? Nope. Did we still need to navigate a robot protected phone tree that offered to do things that didn’t actually help? Yeap
-- M@Q, 2026-09-04

### *---- "Be right back"
Brb
-- Simonlin1992, 2026-09-04

### *---- "Apple is useless"
Stop making it hard for your consumers to download apps!!!
-- Littleice101, 2026-09-04

### ***** "Truly Helpful"
This is an excellent place to go for tech support. Don’t have to reiterate since they really listen & respond at client’s level of expertise.
-- Bumuk, 2026-09-04

### *---- "HELP! There’s a fake lake you approved."
I’ll throw my Mac in the trash before I ask you for support
-- Lulu987, 2026-09-03

### *---- "Does not work"
Not helpful don’t download
-- Abradohrer, 2026-09-03

### *---- "Lake Ontario"
Why oh why do we listen to these mega frauds. Change it back.
-- psuedogeek, 2026-09-03
