The service is great but the application needs to be fixed. It doesn’t work properly, and it’s confusing The same is with the site

I cannot reach anyone to find my parcel that was send more then 1 week ago!!

They can’t even read the id. Means can’t deliver anything

The delivery was 3 days later then scheduled time. Everything came very hot and melted.

I’ve got a notification that I should arrange delivery or pickup. Okay, I chose delivery option and the app showed me an error “Unable to reverse geocode coordinates”. And it didn’t work if I try to find my address using the search field or to feel address fields - the confirm button was disabled all the time. I tried to choose a pickup option and the app didn’t show me any offices near me in Antalya, but I know you have the office here. So I can not use any options to get my shipment. So what should I do? Fix your app!
