Whenever I try to sign in on the site to download an issue, I am told I have no account and offered a new subscription. I have the invoice from my paid subscription just three months ago —very frustrating.
This publication is sophisticated. It does a splendid job of curating and inspiring interior design ideas and related designers. Adding to all of this are celebrities. Yes, AD features their homes too. The results? Sublimely elegant content. Why a 4 Star rating? I would love to see more industrial design. I would also interviews with overlooked industrial architects — especially young and overlooked ones.

I signed up for a print + digital access subscription and signed into the app with that info. That worked for a day or two and now I get a paywall on every issue of the magazine, even the ones it let me access previously. When I try to relink my subscription it says that it can’t be found even though I have 11 months left.
This is a joke, yes? The digital subscription type does not allow you to use the app. Because that would make no sense! 100% regret this service.
Used to use this app a couple of years ago and loved the layout & functionality. Just renewed my subscription directly through AD, but the app will not recognize my new subscription account. The “Link print subscription” option only displays my old expired subscriptions. AD’s tech support can’t do anything about the issue….
I love the digital magazine. My only concern is that my I-phone app does not advise of the cost in the app description. Only AFTER I downloaded it was I informed of a $7.99 monthly cost. Hidden costs like this take up space on my I phone!
As others have stated, this still won’t link to your print edition. Many people have reported this and they do nothing. Very frustrating.
No landscape view and can’t even verify my subscription information. Please hire a good developer
