### ****- "great, with bugs"
running into some serious bugs in settings and connections that make the experience frustrating, but still recommendable. mostly. why can't the app actually handle more than a couple channels though?

EDIT: Today Are.na forgot I had been using the app for years and wiped my feed, forcing me to refollow everyone I follow. I also discovered that the reason the app can't handle more channels is fixed, at least for now.

I love arena, the desktop app is great. It is exactly what I want a “social-media” to be. Recently, however, I purchased a new Iphone and gifs now play at 10x the speed they normally do, rendering half the app very unpleasant to look at. 

I would increase my rating dramatically if this bug was fixed!

### **--- "Why is the mobile site more functional than the app?"
You can sort and reorder your blocks on the mobile site by selecting them and clicking either move to the top or up or down or to the bottom. Why isn’t this functionality present in the app? It seems like the devs just don’t care.

Are.na is great, I've been a paying power user for years. However the mobile app isn't quite there yet. I save a ton of GIFs and they all preview way too fast on iPhone 16 Pro.

fantastic concept and ux when its functional. it forgets my channels/blocks or that i have channels in the first place. i pay a yearly because its been so good for managing my adhd style of research/art practice to have easy dump sites. though i cant access my blocks, which is a pain for the articles i had saved and wanted to read later--one of the main reasons i got the app in the first place.

Such a sick platform. But it’s easier to use in the mobile browser than the app itself. Which is a problem. The app is so broken, it’s such a pain to use. Please fix this.

Not sure why this app is trying to pass bad design as stylish. The UX really needs improvement, esp the login page. There's no place that addresses "forgot email or password". I've made multiple accounts just because going thru that recovery process is so troublesome, and making another account is already so so troublesome. Then there was an issue where it said to verify my email but when i tried, it said there was an error and to contact the support team. From what I remember, there's some interesting content but wow the entry point is really pulling this app into the dirt. Also, the navigation was not super clear and it's confusing how one should go about using this app, even with the tutorial in the beginning. Seriously consider investing in building out a better system because it's truly not working.

Dispute some minor lagging and the interface issues (understandable since the company is small), I really enjoy this app. I found something that isn’t actively trying to get me to buy something, and promotes an actual creative experience that’s user driven, and not super algorithmic. App keeps it simple which I think is good. I pay for full fledged Are.na on desktop. The cons are the loading screen takes too long when opening the app and the app does not remember your “focus” i.e. what you were looking at and always kicks you back to your feed.
