Game Crash everytime in game (Asia Server)

Cant play the game when the server ping for asia is 300ms Every other online game pubgm, mobile legends even cod australia are 20-80ms ping

The game is dead, refund!!!

Why when I play it, there is no voice or sound Especially in Apple IPads And when i play all games are notes or from computer players there is no real players why?
