I like that I can use the amenities at both 333 and The Edison with the app

It’s pretty much the sole function of the app, I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot the app everytime I want to go through a door.

Using my phone to unlock the gym is pretty cool. I was able to use it both in Calgary Ampersand and Edmonton when I travelled there for work. Didn’t have to do anything special, just showed up to Edmonton and it worked at the gym.

We had an issue at our office with the heating and we put in a service request that was answered quickly with ability to track the status which was handy.

DO NOT SWITCH FROM ACCESS CARDS TO THE APP! The app enabled door access feature is a complete failure. It has never worked on my iPhone 11, and intermittently fails for my coworkers. Until they solve the issues, remain on the tried and true keycard system or risk having all your staff locked out of their office.

Great to see the commercial real estate industry doing something with technology. I can take a photo of an issue in my office and I can track the request in real timel as well as communicate with the Aspen team. I’m also digging the new mobile door opener feature.

I should not be required to set my location settings to “Always Allow” in order to unlock doors in my office. That is a disgusting overreach on the part of the app developer.

Amazing to see Aspen take a huge step forward to make the tenant experience as easy as possible. Service requests and amenity bookings are really easy now.
